Registered Dental Assistant - RDA License Required - Clairemont Mesa Dental Center - San Diego, CA

Part time position available as a licensed RDA. Hours of operation: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm. No minimum experience required, but must be willing to learn and receive feedback. Xray License, Dental practice act, Infection control, and CPR certifications required. RDA license required. This is a fully cross-trained position for both front and back office with RDA licensure for back office. Duties and training will include: - Sterilizing dental instruments - Infection control and cleaning operatories - Fabricating temporary crowns (RDA only), preliminary impressions, and alginate impressions. - Taking digital impressions (RDA only). Training will be provided as needed. - Schedule management and preparation of doctor's rooms and materials - Answering phones and scheduling appointments - Collecting payment and verifying insurance - Restocking equipment and office maintenance - Janitorial duties - Additional duties as needed.
