Omnismile DDS is growing, and we’re seeking a motivated, tech-forward Dental Assistant to join our high-end prosthodontic dental reconstruction and implant practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clinical excellence, digital dentistry, and creating educational content that supports practice growth and professional outreach. Required Qualifications Licensed RDA (Arkansas) Oral surgery assisting experience (required) X-ray, N2O, and polishing certifications Strong attention to detail and interest in technology and digital workflows Comfortable working in both clinical and creative roles Team-oriented, organized, reliable, professional, and patient-focused Position Overview Schedule: 4 days/week 3 clinical days 1 dedicated content creation, marketing & outreach day Role Type: Licensed RDA Clinical Responsibilities Assist with oral surgery and implant procedures Intraoral scanning Digital radiography: IO, panoramic, and CBCT 3D printing and minor in-house lab work Instrument setup, breakdown, and sterilization management Occasional phone support and scheduling Content Creation, Marketing & Education Capture high-quality photo and video content for social media, website, and professional education Assist with basic video editing (short-form reels, educational clips, before/after content) Support clinical documentation for marketing and educational use Social media content assistance and posting coordination Referral management and professional outreach Support internal marketing initiatives and brand development Help document and showcase digital workflows, implant cases, and technology Video capture and editing skills are highly valued (phone-based or camera-based experience welcome) Why Omnismile?
