Job Overview We are a Root Canal Specialty office, looking to augment our team with a highly motivated, good natured, hardworking dental assistant who is interested in joining a team of highly motivated individuals that are on a mission to provide world class Endodontic care! Duties Assist dentists during examinations and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Maintain accurate medical records and patient information, adhering to HIPAA regulations. Take radiographs and CBCT scans. Educate patients on pre and post-treatment care. Set up and turn over operatories, sterilize instruments and maintain a clean office. Maintain and order supplies. Assist in marketing to referring offices. Assist in answering calls and scheduling patients. Ensure the dental office is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Requirements Some experience in dental assisting preferred. Preference will be given to candidates with Endo office experience. Ability to take good radiographs Maintaining Highest levels of infection control and adherence to safety protocols. Familiarity with dental software Open Dental is an advantage. Understanding dental terminology. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail! Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment . Certification as a Dental Assistant with infection control and xray certificates complete. Spanish speaker is a plus.
