Now Hiring: Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist Upscale Periodontal Practice | Fee-For-Service We are an established, upscale periodontal practice seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our professional and patient-focused team. This position is ideal for a motivated, upbeat, and well-spoken individual who takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a high-end clinical environment. About the Role As the first point of contact for our patients, the Receptionist plays a vital role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience from the moment patients walk through our doors. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to confidently coordinate care for four doctors in a fast-paced, fee-for-service practice. Key Responsibilities Provide a warm, professional, and attentive experience for all patients Schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently for multiple providers Manage incoming calls, patient inquiries, and front-desk flow Follow established systems, protocols, and workflows of the practice Support the clinical and administrative team to ensure optimal patient care Maintain accuracy in scheduling, documentation, and communication Required Qualifications MUST have prior dental office experience MUST be proficient in Dentrix , with strong scheduling skills MUST understand periodontal procedures and periodontal coding Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Dental Receptionist Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and excellent interpersonal skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a true team player Willingness to learn and grow within the practice What We Offer Professional, upscale, and supportive work environment Fee-for-service practice with a strong focus on quality care Opportunity to work alongside experienced periodontal specialists Long-term growth potential for the right candidate If you are polished, organized, patient-oriented, and take pride in being the face of a high-end dental practice, we would love to hear from you.
