Weâre searching for an experienced Scheduling Front Desk Coordinator to join our team! Our ideal candidate is highly organized and deeply knowledgeable in dental insurance, scheduling workflows, and building a productive, efficient schedule. This position requires someone with strong critical thinking skills, savvy with financials and developing creative solutions to help our patients maximize benefits, while reaching their oral health goals. If you excel at reading EOBs, educating patients about their benefits, and coordinating daily operations that boost practice efficiency and production, youâll be a great fit. Maintain a smooth daily workflow, anticipating and resolving scheduling gaps or inefficiencies. Verify insurance, interpret EOBs, and communicate clearly with patients about their benefits and financial expectations. Provide outstanding patient communication, education, and support both in person and over the phone. Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from check-in to check-out. Monitor scheduling metrics and help optimize practice flow and production. Build strong patient relationships by delivering consistent, caring, professional interactions. Qualifications Deep understanding of dental insurance, including verifying benefits and reading EOBs. Strong knowledge of dental workflows, scheduling systems, and front desk operations. Excellent communication skills with an ability to educate and guide patients. Proven ability to build productive schedules that support practice goals. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
