Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator (Full-Time) About Us Maccaro Orthodontics & Pediatric Dentistry is a family-owned and operated practice with both specialties under one roof. You will join a supportive, tight-knit team that values the highest quality care, professionalism, and long-term relationships built on word of mouth. The Role This is a patient-facing sales role. You lead the new patient experience from first contact through start. You represent the practice, support the doctor’s treatment presentation, and own the consult: present fees clearly, build a payment plan that fits, aim for same-day starts when it makes sense, and follow up on pending leads until there is a decision. You are also a daily presence at the front desk, getting to know families by name and being one of the faces of the practice. You will also lead marketing: increasing our community presence and generating new patient leads to support steady growth. You will shape and execute an annual marketing plan, request reviews, post to social, encourage and thank referrals, and strengthen our presence in the community and with referral partners so we are the practice people think of first. This work is genuinely rewarding. You help people choose treatment that makes a real difference in their confidence and health, and you get to see that change from consult to finish. What You’ll Do Respond to inquiries, schedule consults, and prepare patients for their visit At consults: greet, learn the patient’s story and priorities, help them feel at ease, and brief the doctor succinctly to support a strong treatment presentation After the doctor presents: explain fees and build a workable payment plan, aim for same-day starts when appropriate, own pendings follow-up Marketing: drive a year-round plan, request reviews, post social content, encourage and thank referrals, support community and referral-partner outreach Be a consistent, welcoming front-desk presence and coordinate daily flow with the team You’ll Thrive Here If You… Have a polished, welcoming presence and build trust quickly Guide families to confident decisions through clear, comfortable conversations Are comfortable structuring payment plans and running numbers with patients in real time Stay organized across multiple leads and follow-ups Bring steady, respectful, positive energy to the team Qualifications Required: customer-facing or sales experience, excellent communication, comfort with numbers, basic tech fluency Nice to have, not required: prior orthodontic treatment coordinator or dental experience (We are happy to train the right person.) Compensation & Benefits Base salary range: $55,000 to $65,000, with quarterly incentives linked to new-patient start conversion.
