Patient Coordinator We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join our growing general dental practice. This full-time position is perfect for someone with prior dental office experience who thrives in a patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities ● Greet and welcome patients warmly with a smile ● Present treatment plans to patients with clarity and confidence ● Review financial options, including in-office membership and third-party financing ● Verify and check dental insurance benefits and eligibility ● Submit claims, post payments and follow up on outstanding claims ● Submit pre-treatment estimates ● Effectively schedule patients to ensure productivity and patient flow ● Answer and manage incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy ● Follow up on unscheduled treatment and past due recare Qualifications ● Minimum of 2 years of prior dental office experience required ● Knowledge of dental insurance and the ability to discuss financial arrangements confidently ● Experience with Dentrix or a similar software is a plus (training will be available for the right candidate) ● Strong customer service skills with a warm, professional demeanor ● Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills ● Ability to multitask and adapt to new systems and processes Why Join Us? ● Be part of a welcoming and supportive team environment ● Opportunity for professional growth and training ● Play a key role in helping our practice reach the next level of success Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off Work Location: In person
