Full job description Brentwood Smiles Orthodontics is looking for a full-time orthodontic assistant to join our team! Our office is a brand new orthodontic provider in Brentwood, NY. Starting at $20 and up based on Experience and qualifications. WE WILL TRAIN YOU! Job Description: Assisting the orthodontist with patient treatment, including: dental appliances, braces, and Invisalign (We will will train you ) Preparing for treatment by cleaning and sterilizing the operatory. Conducting patient treatments and follow-up with patients. Assisting the doctor during orthodontic procedures. Taking patient's dental radiographs (Panoramic, Cephalometric and CBCT radiographs). Answering phones and scheduling appointments. Other duties as assigned. Income will be based on experience and willingness to learn. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have a professional appearance and demeanor (dress) as well as be able to work independently or as part of a team environment.
