Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, mature, reliable, punctual and detail-oriented Full Time Dental Assistant with an exceptional work ethic to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide vital support to our dentists and patients by assisting during procedures, managing patient care, and ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will contribute to delivering outstanding dental care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities After extensive training - assist the doctor in complex surgical proceduresâincluding implants, bone grafting, cleft lip and palate repair, and revision surgeryâby applying skilled chairside assisting techniques. Routinely perform panoramic imaging and manage patient records through EMR-based dental software, maintaining strict adherence to HIPAA standards. Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments following infection control protocols and aseptic techniques. Collect vital signs and medical history information to support comprehensive patient assessments. Maintain a clean, organized clinical environment adhering to infection control standards and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly. Qualifications / Requirements to Apply OMSA and/or DAANCE certification is a strong plus.
