Registered Dental Hygienist - Shepard & Bhuva Dental Partners - San Francisco, CA

Duties: - Perform dental hygiene procedures such as teeth cleaning, scaling, and polishing - Take and develop dental x-rays and perform other diagnostic tests - Assess patients' oral health conditions and provide appropriate treatment recommendations - Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care measures - Administer local anesthesia and nitrous oxide sedation as needed - Document patient care and treatment plans in Dentrix - Follow strict infection control protocols and maintain aseptic technique Skills: - Proficient in medical imaging techniques for dental x-rays - Ability to perform patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy protection - Experience with Dentrix Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: From $70.00 per hour Expected hours: 32 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Work Location: In person
