Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team on a part-time basis, working Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. There is potential for this role to grow into a full-time position. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys working with children and values a consistent, family-oriented schedule. Office hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during pediatric dental procedures Help foster a calm, friendly, and reassuring experience for children Support smooth daily clinical operations Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized treatment environment Communicate effectively and compassionately with patients and parents Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in pediatric dentistry Coronal polishing certification is a plus Knowledge of dental terminology and clinical procedures Strong communication and teamwork skills Patient-focused, adaptable, and compassionate approach Front desk or receptionist experience is an added benefit If you’re passionate about working with children and want to grow within a supportive, purpose-driven dental team, we’d love to connect with you!
