Duties and Responsibilities Fixing or removing damaged teeth Filling cavities Performing exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patientâs health Developing treatment plans to deal with any dental health issues Administering or prescribing medications to decrease pain and improve patient health Interacting with patients and instruct them on proper oral care Measuring and fitting dental appliances Referring patients to a specialist if needed Skills and Qualifications Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from a dental program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation A state license to practice dentistry Patience when dealing with patients Ability to communicate with patients regarding their health and care Good attention to detail Good problem-solving skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $150,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Referral program Relocation assistance Retirement plan License/Certification: Dental License (Required) Ability to Commute: Ephrata, PA 17522 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Ephrata, PA 17522: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
