Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the following: Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, clear aligners, and appliance adjustments Prepare operatories and maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays using modern orthodontic technology Provide clear patient education on appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations Support doctors and teammates to keep the schedule running smoothly Help create a welcoming, confident experience for every patient Qualifications: You will be required to possess the following: Prior orthodontic assisting experience is strongly preferred Confident chairside skills and strong patient communication Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented practice Positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility Willingness to travel with the team to Mountain Home on Mondays
