We are committed to providing exceptional dental care to our patients, ensuring their oral health and overall well-being. We heavily integrate skin care, injectables, and comprehensive dentistry. Our exams consist of soft and hard tissue, muscles, skin care, and lifestyle changes. Our days consist of bread and butter dentistry (fillings, crowns, veneers, extractions), Invisalign, Botox + Filler + PDO threads, and microneedling and Hydrafacials. Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate Dental Hygienist who wants to partner with Dr. Le in your responsibilities to the team, the business, and to our patients. Someone who is committed to providing high-quality preventive care to our patients. The ideal candidate will be relationship-based, dedicated to building long-term relationships with our patients, and will value taking the time to educate them about their oral health. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, demonstrating exceptional clinical skills, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism. Responsibilities: Perform dental prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and other preventive care procedures in accordance with state dental regulations. Take and develop dental radiographs (x-rays). Educate patients on oral health and hygiene techniques, as well as the importance of preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans. Assist the dentist with dental procedures as needed. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction at all times. Follow infection control procedures and maintain a clean and sterile environment. Continuously enhance professional knowledge and skills by attending training sessions and seminars. Qualifications: Current Dental Hygiene license in the state of practice. Passionate about preventive care and building long-term relationships with patients. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be willing to learn new techniques and procedures. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Knowledge of dental software and technology preferred. Exam data collection: radiographs, series of photos obtained with iPhone, and intraoral scan with Itero (proper training provided). 2. Diagnose periodontal conditions and treatment plan appropriate treatment. 3. Provide in-office hygiene treatment. 4. Provide sealant treatments with appropriate isolation (proper training provided). 5. Well eduated in Invisalign procedures (tray delivery and attachments). Patient motivation and ability to troubleshoot tracking of trays is a plus! 6. Zoom whitening -maintaining patient comfort and managing patient expectations. 7.
