We have openings for full-time position as an Orthodontics Treatment Coordinator at our growing office with locations in South Ogden, Farr West and Morgan, Utah. We are looking to hire someone with previous Treatment Coordinating experience and or sales experience. Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Merit bonuses Fun team environment Training provided Discounts on braces and clear aligners for you and your family members Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Education Welcome patients and families and provide a positive, supportive experience Conduct new patient consultations and explain orthodontic diagnoses and treatment options Educate patients on braces, aligners, appliances, treatment timelines, and expectations Address patient questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy Obtain informed consent and ensure patient understanding of treatment plans Financial & Insurance Coordination Present treatment fees, payment options, and financial policies clearly Explain insurance benefits and estimated out-of-pocket costs Coordinate insurance pre-authorizations and benefits verification Set up payment plans and collect payments as needed Scheduling & Administrative Duties Schedule consultations, treatment starts, and follow-up appointments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Follow up with patients who have not yet started treatment Track case acceptance and assist with patient recall Practice Growth & Team Collaboration Promote treatment acceptance through education and relationship-building Communicate effectively with the orthodontist and clinical team Support practice marketing and referral initiatives Uphold HIPAA compliance and infection control standards Qualifications Previous orthodontic or dental experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Confidence in presenting treatment plans and financial options Knowledge of dental software and insurance processes Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask Professional, friendly, and team-oriented attitude High School Diploma or equivalent required Committed to the position arriving on time daily and staying late as needed.
