We are a busy, welcoming pediatric dental practice in Falls Church, Virginia looking for a hybrid Clinical and Administrative Floater to join our team. This is a part-time position with the potential to transition into full-time, and we are happy to provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. Position Overview This role is a dual-support position, assisting both the clinical team and the front office throughout the day. You’ll float where support is needed most, making you an essential part of the patient experience and daily workflow. No prior pediatric dental experience is required — we are willing to train motivated, reliable candidates who are excited to learn and grow in dentistry.
