Registered Dental Hygienist - Flaherty and Sauls Dentistry, PLLC - Ruckersville, VA

We’re growing and looking for a friendly, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our already incredible, patient-centered dental team in Ruckersville, VA! We are fast-paced, social and our goal is to serve our patients as if they were family and have fun doing it. Our doctors practice comprehensive dentistry and we pride ourselves on a cohesive patient-focused atmosphere. This position is a permanent full-time OR part-time position and we are looking for the right person to become part of our forever family. Our schedule currently operates Monday through Thursday (8AM-5PM) with an hour break for lunch. For the right applicant(s), days/hours can be flexible. COMPETITIVE SALARY/BENEFITS will be determined based on individual qualifications and experience. We are looking for a candidate that will have the following traits: A positive attitude- We spend a lot of our time at work and we view our coworkers as our second family. Dependability- We are a busy practice and most of our days are fully booked. We expect our hygienists to schedule time off ahead of time and to be here and run on time for our patients. Teamwork- This is essential to our practice. We support one another and are looking for someone who will step up to ensure that the office runs smoothly and that our patients have the best experience possible. Personalized Patient Care- We take pride in the quality of care we provide to our patients, so a successful hygienist on our team will offer not only excellent clinical care, but should be able to personally connect with our long time patients and form a lasting provider-patient relationship. We have an amazing team of three current hygienists that will be able to provide mentorship to a new graduate or camaraderie to an experienced provider.
