Quality dental practice in Glendale is looking for an exceptional individual to join our amazing team! We are looking for someone with a positive attitude and a self-driven work ethic to help us with both front and back office duties. Our ideal candidate should have at least 5+ years experience with direct patient care (Invisalign, restorative dentistry, iTero scans, taking dental radiographs, coronal polishing, and chair side assisting, back-office lead duties). Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic dental clinic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality dental care to our patients, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow within the practice. This position involves assisting the dentist during procedures, managing patient records, maintaining a clean and organized environment, inventory management, lab management, ordering, maintenance of equipment + logs. Responsibilities Invisalign experience is REQUIRED. Please DO NOT APPLY if you do not have at least 3+ years with Invisalign! Assist the dentist during various dental procedures, including examinations, cleanings, and surgeries. Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. Ability to take dental xrays required, ensuring accurate documentation of patient records. Perform four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency during procedures. Maintain accurate medical documentation and patient records Manage patient appointments and provide support as a dental receptionist when necessary. Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and post-operative care. Stay updated on dental terminology and best practices to ensure high-quality patient care. Experience Previous experience in a dental clinic setting is required (5+ years experience) Invisalign experience is REQUIRED.
