Position Overview As a Dental Hygienist at Explorer Pediatric Dentistry, you will play a vital role in helping our young patients develop healthy habits and happy dental experiences. You will work alongside a collaborative, respectful, and highly motivated team who truly enjoys coming to work. This is a part-time position for three days per week , offering great work-life balance in a joyful and rewarding practice. Responsibilities Provide gentle, thorough dental cleanings for pediatric patients Educate children and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care Take and review digital X-rays as needed Apply fluoride and sealants Chart and document treatment accurately Work closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver exceptional care Create a calm, positive, and fun experience for every child What Weâre Looking For Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Ohio Experience with pediatric patients preferred (but we are happy to train the right person!)
