Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - - Oshkosh, WI

Job Summary Oshkosh Complete Dentistry is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist to join our fee-for-service general dental practice. This is a non-corporate office with a strong focus on quality care and a supportive team environment. The hygienist will provide preventive and periodontal care to both children and adults, educate patients on their oral health, and help maintain an efficient and positive hygiene schedule. Responsibilities: Perform general hygiene care for children and adults Provide preventive and periodontal treatment, including SRP Take customary dental radiographs Perform wellness scans (training provided) Perform adjunctive procedures such as sealants and Curodont Educate patients on oral conditions and treatment needs Pre-appoint patients following hygiene visits Patient Volume / Appointment Length Adult prophy & perio maintenance: 1 hour Pediatric appointments: 30–40 minutes depending on age and needs SRP appointments vary based on severity and number of teeth involved Practice Information Practice Type: General Dentistry (Fee-for-Service) Dental Software: OpenDental Non-corporate office Requirements Active Wisconsin Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license Experience level: Any (new graduates welcome) Laser certification preferred (can be provided) Additional Information Working interview not required Dress code: Black scrubs Employee handbook will be reviewed upon hire Knowledge of dental insurance is a plus Pay: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour Expected hours: 17.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Paid time off Work Location: In person
