Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Paris, TN
Fletcher Dental is seeking an RDA with Expanded Functions or an RDH with Local Anesthesia and Expanded Functions capability! REQUIREMENTS: -MUST have licensure in place -MUST work well in a fast-paced environment' -Have regular, predictable attendance -Be self-motivated and take initiative -Have a positive attitude with the ability to work in a team and individually -Maintain composure and professional conduct even in difficult situations -Ability to multi-task, be organized, and meet any deadlines -Possess EXCELLENT oral and written communication skills -Protect patients and coworkers with high infection control standards -Be able to prepare rooms and instruments quickly between patients -Ability to take x-rays as needed and upload them into patient's chart -Ability to document and update patient's charts while practicing strong attention to detail -Help sterilize, maintain, and organize instruments -Be accountable for lab cases due; adjust and polish crowns at delivery appts -Become knowledgeable of common implant systems and be able to adjust and polish fixed work before it is seated -Educate patients on hygiene and post-operative care per doctor -Schedule follow-up appointments as needed -Be able to help maintain the status of dental supplies and inventory HOURS: Average 33 per week Mon-730am-5pm Tues-730am-12pm Wed-730am-5pm Thurs-730am-5pm Friday-730am-12pm PREFERENCES: Experience with Open Dental software preferred but not necessary 2-3 years of clinical and chairside experience BENEFITS: -Paid time off -Uniform allowance -flexibility PAY: from $17/hr-$38/hr depending on ability and experience Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
