Job Title: Registered Dental Assistant Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated RDA to join our dental team. The ideal candidate will provide support to the dentists and help deliver quality oral healthcare services to our patients. As a Dental Assistant, you will assist with various procedures, interact with patients, and ensure the smooth operation of the dental office. Duties: - Assist dentists during dental procedures, including Restorative, Oral Surgery, Endodontics and General Dentistry - Prepare treatment rooms for patient examinations - Take digital X-Rays as needed, digital Intra oral scans and dental photography - Maintain accurate patient records using Curve - Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-operative care - Sterilize dental instruments and equipment - Perform dental receptionist duties when necessary - Collaborate with the dental team to provide excellent patient care Qualifications: - Certification or diploma from an accredited Dental Assistant program - Proficiency in Dental terminology - Familiarity with CURVE or Eaglesoft or similar software for practice management - Knowledge of X-Ray procedures and safety protocols - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities If you are a dedicated professional with a passion for assisting in dental procedures and providing exceptional patient care, we invite you to apply for the RDA position at our practice.
