Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and reliable Dental Assistant to join our growing dental team. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with patients, works well in a team environment, and is driven to help meet monthly office goals while providing excellent patient care. Qualifications & Skills: Comfortable and confident speaking with patients and explaining procedures Motivated and goal-oriented, with interest in meeting monthly production and patient care goals Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and professional Dental assisting experience X-ray certification Responsibilities & Duties: Assist the dentist during dental procedures Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments Take and develop dental X-rays Seat patients and help them feel comfortable Educate patients on treatment plans and post-op instructions Maintain accurate patient records Support front and back office as needed Follow OSHA, infection control, and safety guidelines Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment What We Offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Supportive and team-focused work environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Monthly Bonuses Yearly office trips .
