Dental Assistant Koolau Family Dentistry is a team-orientated private dental practice that provides dental services to all ages. We're looking for a team player with a positive attitude and great teamwork skills to join our dental 'ohana! Business hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday -- 8am-5pm Saturday -- 8am-12pm (twice a month) Sunday -- closed Come join the 'ohana! Pay: Will be negotiated based on experience and qualifications. Requirements: Experience preferred, but willing to train on the job. Exceptional teamwork and organizational skills. Positive attitude and able to work independently or within a team. Able to learn new tasks quickly and safely. Adaptable and reliable. Responsibilities: Helping to provide comfortable, compassionate dental care. Assisting the dentists during procedures through 4-handed dentistry. Set up and break down the operatory. Sterilization of instruments. Taking x-rays, impressions, and charting. Bringing patients back, and walking them out. Simple office maintenance.
