THE BASICS Pay : $20 â $26/hour plus bonuses. Schedule : This is a full-time, in-office position with a set schedule shared between two offices (Naperville preferred and Wheaton). You will travel between locations as needed. Typical hours are MondayâThursday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Some team members work on Friday. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ORTHODONTIC DENTAL ASSISTANT Reliable and punctual Good attitude and positive personality Passion for patient care and a patient-first mindset Team player who contributes to a collaborative, supportive environment Willingness to learn and use the latest orthodontic technology Experience in a dental or orthodontic office is a plus, but no prior experience is required.
