Permanent Dental Receptionist / Front Desk Job in Palm Harbor, FL
We are a small, friendly dental practice seeking a reliable and personable Front Desk team member to join our office. This position plays a key role in creating a positive first impression for our patients and helping the office run smoothly day to day. As the front desk receptionist, you will be responsible for greeting patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, and verifying insurance information. Youâll also assist the office manager with a variety of administrative tasks, such as organizing patient records, processing payments, and coordinating daily schedules. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, and detail-oriented, with good communication and multitasking skills. Previous dental or medical office experience is mandatory.
