This role is primarily focused on helping patients understand their insurance benefits and presenting cost for dental treatment that they need. The position also involves supporting all front desk responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Present treatment plans and help patients understand their insurance benefits Help patients meet their financial obligations by presenting financing and payment options Provide friendly and professional communication with patients over the phone and in person Support front desk operations including check-in/check-out, answering phones, and scheduling appointments Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and efficient office environment Qualifications ✔ Excellent communication and phone skills ✔ Friendly, professional, and patient-focused attitude ✔ Organized and detail-oriented ✔ Experience in dental or medical front office (preferred but not required) ✔ Willingness to learn and contribute to a team environment Why Join Us?
