Hybrid / Floater Dental Assistant or RDA – Back & Front Office Growth Path We’re now hiring a Hybrid / Floater DA/RDA who can assist chairside and is excited to learn the front office side of dentistry . We are a 5 Star Rated PPO/FFS Office which is growing rapidly. If you love clinical dentistry but also want to cross-train and grow, this is the perfect opportunity. About the Role This is a hybrid/floater position that starts mainly in the back office (chairside assisting, sterilization, patient care) and gradually expands into front office duties such as scheduling, receptionist duties, and eventually treatment planning. We’ll train and mentor you to become fully cross-trained — ideal for someone who wants long-term career growth in a thriving private practice. Requirements X-ray certification required 1+ year chairside experience preferred Strong communication & patient-service skills Positive, professional, and reliable Willingness to cross-train in both clinical and administrative areas Experience with Open Dental a plus RDA preferred, if DA should be willing to get RDA accredited Compensation & Benefits Starting @ $28/hr for DA + Bonus , $30/hr for RDA+ Bonus , based on experience Monthly medical stipend Retirement plan Meaningful Bonuses tied to perfomance Employee dental benefits Paid vacation (up to 2 weeks) + sick pay Beautiful, modern Irvine office with parking The Office is switching to a Monday – Friday schedule early in 2026. Currently, a Tue-Sat or Mon-Fri schedule is available. Starting Q1 2026, will be Mon-Friday.
