Permanent Dental Assistant Job in Denver, CO

We are seeking an Expanded Duty Dental Assistant to join our team full-time, Monday-Thursday with Fridays to be determined. Our ideal EDDA will be reliable, self-motivated and passionate about providing the highest level of patient care. Responsibilities: Taking necessary x-rays Fabricating temporary crowns, placing fillings, and taking impressions Assisting during endodontic treatments Sterilizing dental instruments and equipment Restocking treatment areas and maintaining inventory Infection Control Preparing treatment plans and updating patient charts in Denticon Setting up and breaking down operatories Scheduling patients for treatment Maintaining OSHA standards Skills: Excellent communication, both written and verbal Teamwork Denitcon knowledge is a plus but is not required Attention to detail Reliable and goal-oriented Knowledge of aseptic and sterilization techniques Experience with 4 handed dentistry Requirements 2+ years of experience as a dental assistant EDDA experience required X-ray certification CPR Certification Certified Dental Assistant preferred Expanded Duty Dental Assistant certification is a plus but is NOT required Accepting applications until we find the right candidate Pay Range: USD $22.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr.
