Dental Assistant Federal Correctional Complex USP and SPC Inez Inez, Kentucky Pay $25 per hour 40 hours per week Weekly pay Period of Performance 02/01/2026 through 09/30/2026 Location Health Services Department 1197 Airport Road Inez, KY 41224 Schedule Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. 30 minute unpaid lunch No weekends No federal holidays Duties Assist dentist during clinical procedures Prepare treatment rooms and patients Maintain instrument accountability and sterilization Document care in BEMR electronic medical record Follow infection control and safety standards Maintain professional conduct in a correctional setting Support daily operations of the dental clinic Perform additional tasks as assigned by the dentist Requirements Formal dental assistant training and at least 2 years experience or current certification Current Basic Life Support CPR certification Ability to maintain required continuing education Experience with electronic health records preferred Ability to work with diverse inmate populations Ability to pass federal background investigation and credentialing Contract Details Federal correctional healthcare contract On site position Full time, 40 hours per week Non personal services Apply Submit resume, certifications, and proof of training for review.
