Permanent Dental Hygienist Job in Ocala, FL
We're looking for a registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing team! Youâll complete initial patient screenings, conduct dental cleanings, and assist dentists with examinations and procedures. Dental Hygienist Responsibilities: Examine patientsâ dental health and get an overview of their oral health history Work with dentists to decide the best form of treatment for a variety of dental disease Use molds to create dental impressions of patientsâ teeth so that their mouthguards, dentures, veneers, etc. are correctly made Make patients feel at ease and taken care of before, during, and after the appointment Educate patients of all ages on how to take care of their teeth through good flossing and brushing twice daily Dental Hygienist Qualifications: Has dental hygienist licensure in the state where the job is located Bachelorâs degree or master's degree in registered dental hygiene program preferred, associateâs degree required Valid CPR certification Understands HIPAA regulations and all dentistry safety guidelines Able to stand up for long periods of time to administer dental exams and procedures About Company NON-CORPORATE PRIVATE PRACTICE.
