What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) 401k Monthly production bonuses Paid continuing education Supportive, positive team environment Free or discounted dental care for employees/family Modern technology and equipment Work/life balance â no evenings or weekends Your Role As a valued member of our team, youâll: Perform dental cleanings, periodontal maintenance, and scaling/root planing Take digital X-rays and intraoral images Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care Record and track periodontal charting Maintain infection control and sterilization protocols Collaborate closely with Dr. Doyle and our friendly dental assistants Qualifications Active Florida Dental Hygienist license Certification in local anesthesia and nitrous oxide (preferred) Radiography certification (required) Strong communication and patient education skills A warm, compassionate chairside manner Team player with a positive attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus!
