Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) - Yellowstone Family Dentistry - Chico, CA

We are a growing private practice looking for an experienced RDA or DA with X-ray certificate . Hours are Monday-Thursday. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who likes to work hard and have fun! Overview of Duties: Opening procedures-Ensure all ops are stocked and clean and ready for first patient of the day, review schedules and plan for patient needs, prepare sterile area. OSHA guidelines-Be able to meet all OSHA guidelines and documentation Patient treatment-Update health history, take x-rays, assist doctor, sterilize operatories in accordance with OSHA standards. Sterilization-Ensure all operatories are cleaned to OSHA standards, ensure all instruments are cleaned and stored properly Closing duties- Ensure OP rooms are disinfected/bagged properly for next day, finish sterilization for the day, stock items and empty trashes as need.
