Dental Assistant (Part-Time | Potential Full-Time) Efinity Dental & Esthetics Center is currently seeking a dedicated and professional Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. We are an oral wellness-centered practice providing advanced care including sedation dentistry, oral surgery procedures, biopsies, and comprehensive surgical support. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and practice needs. Job Type Part-Time Potential for Full-Time Pay $20.00–$30.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications) Key Responsibilities Provide chairside assistance during general dentistry and surgical procedures Assist with clinical setups for procedures including oral surgery and biopsies Support patient care for sedation dentistry cases (experience preferred; training may be provided) Prepare treatment rooms, disinfect surfaces, and maintain operatory readiness Maintain sterilization procedures and infection control standards Take dental radiographs and intraoral photos (as applicable to licensing/certification) Deliver clear patient communication and post-operative instructions Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure smooth, efficient patient flow Qualifications Prior dental assisting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to follow clinical protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and team-oriented Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment Preferred Qualifications (Plus, Not Required) Oral surgery assisting experience Sedation dentistry experience Familiarity with surgical instrumentation and procedure setups Work Environment Efinity Dental & Esthetics Center is an oral wellness-focused practice committed to patient comfort, clinical excellence, and high-quality outcomes.
