Q & A Dental Care Full-Time | Clinical Monday–Thursday Q & A Dental Care is a private general dental practice seeking an EFDA who is comfortable working independently and at the top of their license. This is not a Medicaid or volume-driven office. EFDAs place restorations and are expected to be clinically competent, efficient, and reliable. Responsibilities Place restorations independently Assist with restorative and crown procedures Maintain proper clinical setup, turnover, and documentation Support same-day treatment and emergency care as needed What This Role Is EFDA performs restorative dentistry Quality and consistency matter more than speed Some days are busy; some days are lighter Expectations are clear and stable What This Role Is NOT Not a Medicaid or “assembly line” practice Not a slow training role Not a chairside-only assistant position Requirements Active Ohio EFDA certification Comfortable placing restorations independently Private practice experience preferred Schedule Clinical days: Monday–Thursday No routine clinical Fridays Compensation Competitive pay based on skill and experience On-site – Macedonia, OH Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discount Health insurance Health savings account Paid time off Work Location: In person
