Position Summary: We are seeking a Dental Assistant with at least 3 years of chairside experience and a strong understanding of advanced digital dentistry tools. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent patient care. Responsibilities: Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures Prepare and maintain dental instruments, equipment, and treatment areas Capture and manage digital impressions and scans using iTero Utilize T-Scan and TRIOS technology for diagnostic and restorative workflows Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout appointments Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Support front-office or sterilization areas if needed Requirements: Minimum 3 years of dental assisting experience Proficiency with TRIOS , T-Scan , and iTero systems Current dental assisting certification and radiology license (if applicable) Excellent communication and teamwork skills Professional demeanor and commitment to patient care What We Offer: Competitive pay based on experience, paid time off, health benefits, 401K Supportive, collaborative team environment Opportunities for professional growth Job Type: Full-time Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Profit sharing Work Location: In person
