We work with local dental professionals nationwide to provide temporary employment within our fully equipped mobile units. Role Description Access Care Health is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Onsite Leader / Dental Assistant ready to step into a hands-on role supporting our mobile care teams. This position is ideal for someone who knows the dental field inside and out, thrives in dynamic environments, and enjoys being the reliable, trusted presence onsite. You’ll assist providers, support clinical flow, and ensure patients receive high-quality care in a well-organized setting. Responsibilities Set up and take down operatories before and after patient care Backfill or serve as a dental assistant as needed to support clinical flow Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Assist with office tasks as needed to maintain smooth operations Help patients understand and schedule recare and treatment plans Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest level of patient satisfaction Maintain accurate note-taking and charging out procedures Act as a liaison between the onsite team and leadership Uphold Access Care Health standards for quality, professionalism, and patient experience Qualifications Dental Assistant experience required (certification required) Active driver’s license required Clean driving record for company car (submit MVR) Strong teamwork and communication skills Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented Comfortable working in fast-paced, mobile environments Passion for patient care and supporting clinical teams Job Type: Temporary Pay: From $25.00 per hour Application Question(s): Are you willing to provide your Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) along with the front and back portions (picture) of your driver’s license?
