Job Title: Dental Assistant (RDA) $20–25/hour Full Job Description We are seeking a part-time, experienced Registered Dental Assistant to join our team at a startup general dental practice focused on high-quality care and a strong patient experience. Must have at least 4+ years of experience as an RDA Must be able to pack cord Must be able to fabricate temporary crowns Proven ability to follow established policies and clinical guidelines Possess a professional, positive, and dependable attitude Strong interpersonal, listening, and communication skills Strong teamwork skills Experienced in Curve Dental software a plus Spanish-speaking candidates are welcome Pay is based on experience We are a patient experience–focused startup dental practice that values efficiency, consistency, and respectful care.
