Our progressive dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Hygienist to help shape the future of oral healthcare delivery.
We are a patient-centered, progressive and growth oriented dental practice focused on complete (oral + systemic) health. We are seeking a top-tier Dental Hygienist who is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering the highest level of care while building meaningful patient relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hygienist who is not only clinically excellent but also interested in professional growth, leadership, and playing a key role in the future development of our hygiene department and practice. For the right candidate, there is a clear pathway to a lead hygiene role as our practice continues to expand. We are currently offering 3 days/week to start with growth potential to 4 days/week including 1 Saturday/month .

Preferred Qualifications
- Current Dental Hygienist license (required)
- Laser certified OR excited to become laser certified
- Experience with, or strong interest in, complementary, alternative, or holistic approaches to oral health.
What You’ll Do
- Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations (probing, bleeding points, recession, mobility, furcation, etc.)
- Utilize intraoral camera on every patient to enhance patient education
- Provide prophylaxis, periodontal therapy, and individualized home care instruction
- Update medical histories, take blood pressure, and assess overall health considerations
- Identify failing restorations, decay, and open contacts
- Educate and motivate patients using visual tools and personalized communication
- Document “Personal Motivators” to support patient-centered care
- Communicate clearly with the dentist regarding findings, treatment needs, and recall intervals
- Schedule and reinforce the importance of continuing care
