Z Dental Lounge is seeking a highly experienced Treatment Coordinator (TC) and Dental Insurance Biller to join our growing dental practice. We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented professional with 10+ years of dental front office and billing experience and strong leadership skills.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in dental front office, treatment coordination, and insurance billing

• Expert proficiency in Open Dental software

• Strong knowledge of Denti-Cal (Medi-Cal Dental) policies and workflows

• Extensive experience with PPO insurance verification, benefits breakdown, pre-authorizations, and claims processing

• Ability to present treatment plans clearly and increase case acceptance

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Proven ability to manage AR, follow up on unpaid claims, and resolve insurance issues

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required)

Responsibilities:

• Present treatment plans and financial options to patients

• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits

• Submit, track, and follow up on PPO and Denti-Cal claims

• Manage outstanding insurance balances and patient collections

• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in Open Dental
