We are seeking a highly motivated Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who brings positive energy, confidence, and a genuine passion for patient care.

The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with patients, thrives in a fast-paced clinical environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent chairside support. Prior experience is preferred, though motivated candidates with strong clinical skills and the right attitude are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor during dental procedures with excellent chairside manner

• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and team members

• Build patient trust by clearly explaining procedures and easing dental anxiety

• Perform expanded functions, including:

  • Intraoral scanning

  • Placing Invisalign attachments

  • Cord packing for impressions and restorations

  • Fabrication of temporary crowns and bridges

• Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols

• Ensure operatories are clean, stocked, and fully prepared

• Collaborate with the front office to support efficient patient flow and scheduling

• Contribute to a positive, high-energy, team-focused clinical environment

Qualifications

• Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) with Expanded Functions certification

• 2+ years of dental assisting experience preferred

• Proficiency with intraoral scanners (iTero experience strongly preferred)

• Strong understanding of restorative and cosmetic dental procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus
