Our dental practice is seeking an exceptional Dental Receptionist / Front Desk to join our team of healthcare professionals.

Role Requirements
We are seeking a FULL-TIME, skilled front office administrator for a high-end, state-of-the-art, periodontal/dental implant practice in Beverly Hills. Experience with dental practice management software (we use Open Dental and Dental Intelligence), Windows, Microsoft Word, scanning, faxing, and Outlook (e-mail) will be necessary. The applicant must be organized, responsible, trustworthy, punctual, hardworking, accurate, outgoing, well dressed, professional, and have excellent customer relations and communication skills (verbal and written) in person and on the telephone. Only those with previous dental front office experience and the ability to multi-task need apply; background in dental assisting, dental technology/explanations would be helpful. Schedule awareness and maximizing productive appointments is critical. Responsibilities
- Checking in patients and processing their paperwork;
- Answering telephone, greeting/communicating with patients, responding to e-mails;
- Updating patient information with health history forms and inputting data into computer;
- Prepare, file (paper and electronic), process and follow up on insurance claims;
- Confirm/re-schedule patients;
- Check out patients, make their next appointment, process their payment, post treatment and payment into system;
- Prepare treatment plan (in coordination with the Dr.), discuss with patient and make financial arrangements if necessary;
- Create/communicate the value of our services to our patients;
- Follow-up on and schedule outstanding treatment; and
- Send welcome notes/e-mails/texts to patients.
