California KiDDS Pediatric Dentistry is is looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator/Receptionist. Candidates must have excellent customer service people skills, be upbeat with a positive attitude, and work well with children and adults. This position is full-time scheduling coordinating while cross-training and covering reception as needed. Job duties include but are not limited to; answering multi-line telephones insurance verification scheduling for multiple doctors and locations managing patient communications on various platforms greeting and checking-in patients managing patient records Filing, scanning, and data entry various other front office duties as assigned This is a full-time position Monday-Friday. The standard shift is 8am-5pm, with 7:30-4:30 assigned as needed for coverage. We own multiple locations and do not guarantee a location of work assignment. Assignments could be any of our office locations in the Fresno/Clovis area. Benefits include paid time off, vacation pay, paid holidays, paid sick leave, and a profit-sharing 401k plan.
