We are looking for an experienced, responsible, reliable and enthusiastic registered dental assistant (RDA) to join our orthodontic offices in Roseville and Fair Oaks. The ortho RDA should be well-organized with great attention to detail. Responsibilities Prior orthodontic experience preferred Applicant should be self-motivated, independent and reliable Have a strong work ethics and good inter-personal /communication skills California RDA license X-Ray certificate CPR certificate Computer skills. (Knowledge of Ortho 2 and Dolphin Imaging a plus.) Provide oral hygiene and post-operative care instructions Keep the clinic clean and well-stocked Maintain accurate patient records Job description Performing orthodontic procedures and chairside assisting in a timely manner. Taking orthodontic records. (Digital intra/extra oral photographs, digital x-rays, and impressions.) Making essix retainers Minor administrative duties (answering phone calls, scheduling patients, ...) Sterilization and giving patient oral hygiene instructions Maintaining a positive, efficient and clean clinical/lab environment Compensation based on experience.
