Summary 2 positions available- 1 Full time 1 part time We are seeking an energetic and skilled RDA to blend well with our orthodontic team. The ideal candidate will help facilitate smooth patient care, assist during orthodontic procedures, and promote a welcoming environment. Responsibilities Assist the Dr. with chairside support during procedures, including adjustments, wire changes, and placing appliances. Prepare treatment chairs, sterilize instruments, and maintain treatment area and office cleanliness. Take x-rays and impressions (Itero) Educate patients on oral hygiene and overall orthodontic treatment Document and maintain accurate patient records and treatment progress in orthodontic software Maintain a clean and organized office environment Provide exceptional patient care, offering a calm and reassuring environment Qualifications Proven experience as a Dental Office Assistant or similar role Current CA RDA license X-ray certification Excellent communication skills and patient-focused attitude Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment Previous Orthodontic experience is highly desirable Certification in dental assisting is preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Call-To-Action If you're ready to make a meaningful impact in the world of orthodontics, we invite you to apply today and become an essential part of our dedicated team!
