Our dedicated team is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Team Member to support our dental practice. This role is critical to ensuring excellent patient experience, accurate call routing, and efficient scheduling. Key Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally Ensure no patient calls are missed Accurately identify call purpose and route appropriately Schedule existing patients using the Rock / Sand / Water method Maintain smooth, efficient scheduling flow through dovetailing Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients Required Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized Comfortable using computer systems and scheduling software Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a dental office Experience with dental scheduling software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve, etc.) Understanding of dental appointment flow and chair time Why Join Us Stable hours Supportive team environment Clear training and advancement structure Position Details: Full-time, Mon-Thu (7:45 AM–5:00 PM), Fri (7:45 AM - 1:00 PM), no evenings or weekends Competitive compensation package We can’t wait to welcome someone who will make a difference in our practice!
