Dental Assistant with Expanded Functions - Prime Dental - Winter Park, FL

Dental Assistant needed for a Private Practice in Winter Park. We are currently hiring for a Certified Dental Assistant with expanded functions. Must be punctual, reliable and organized. Expected to be a team player. We are a General/Prosthodontic practice open Monday - Thursday 8 am to 5 pm. Experience with Patterson Eaglesoft software is preferred. Experiences on Digital intraoral X-rays, CBCT, and intraoral scanning would be helpful. Fluency in Spanish would be helpful. Duties will include: -Assisting a dentist with dental procedures -Taking digital x-rays, CBCT, and intraoral scan -Treatment planning and presentation -Taking alginate impressions and pouring stone models -Fabricating temporary restorations with packing retraction cord -Turning rooms around and sterilizing instruments -Scheduling and follow-up cases Hourly pay based on ability and experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour Expected hours: 28 – 35 per week Benefits: Employee discount Opportunities for advancement Paid time off Retirement plan Work Location: In person
