We are seeking a vibrant and skilled Dental Assistant to join our dynamic, multicultural team for an immediate hire due to a team member’s relocation. Position: Dental Assistant Location : Jacksonville, FL Schedule : Monday–Thursday: 7:45 AM arrival, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM Friday: 7:45 AM arrival, work until 2:00 PM Employment Type : Full-time, immediate hire Responsibilities Assist dentists during procedures with efficiency and precision Operate and maintain advanced dental equipment, including milling machines, intraoral scanners, and digital X-ray systems Utilize Open Dental software for patient records and scheduling Provide exceptional patient care, ensuring comfort and a positive experience Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment Collaborate effectively within a diverse, large team to support practice goals Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of dental assisting experience Proficiency with milling machines, intraoral scanners, Open Dental software, and digital X-ray systems Extremely bubbly, positive personality with a passion for patient care Mature, reliable, and punctual with a strong work ethic Minimal absenteeism and a commitment to consistent attendance Team player with the ability to thrive in a multicultural, collaborative environment Eager to learn, grow, and contribute to innovative dentistry practices Dedication to excellence, aligning with our practice’s high standards and patient-focused mission Benefits Health benefits provided Employer-matched PTO 5 national paid holidays after 90 days of employment 1 week of PTO in the first year, increasing to 2 weeks per year after the first year, in addition to paid holidays Bonus based on office goals monthly Why Join Us?
