Off on Thursdays and Sundays Assisting Duties include: -- Assisting the doctor during routine procedures/4 handed dentistry. -- Helping to provide friendly, compassionate dental care. -- Set up and break down of the operatory and sterilization of instruments. -- Taking digital x-rays, impressions, and charting using Dentrix software. -- Simple office maintenance. -- Inventory. Requirements: -- Previous dental experience or graduate of dental assisting school preferred. -- Previous experience in the food service and retail industries is looked at positively. -- Warm and Friendly personality with a positive attitude, and willingness to learn. -- Independent thinker. -- Reliable. -- Able to take radiographic images with no health concerns Compensation: -- Competitive pay based on experience/skill level. $18-$22+/hr based on experience/progression after a 3 week $17 training period -- Health insurance: Medical and Dental -- After probation period: Paid time off, uniform allowance. --Office Metting Snacks/Meals --Continuing Education paid in full --Foundation for possible career avenues Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour Benefits: Continuing education credits Disability insurance Employee discount Health insurance On-the-job training Paid time off Uniform allowance Work Location: In person
