Amante Dental Center in Schaumburg is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic FRONT DESK Receptionist with a positive attitude and a friendly smile who will deliver an exceptional level of service to our patients. This position requires a self-starter able to problem solve, multi-task and be solution driven throughout the day. The ideal candidate will be expected to: have some type of medical/dental experience build rapport with patients and ensure a positive experience have a developed skill set for phone mannerisms and etiquette be point person for multiple tasks and projects maintain our practice schedule/confirmation insurance verification and filing patient check in/out review and educate patients on treatment plans, financial responsibilities & collect patient payment obligations maintain and manage patient records including new patient forms, billing, insurance maintain strict compliance to HIPPA and patient privacy assist the team with duties/tasks with enthusiasm & a high level of follow-through be on time & reliable Required Skills: Some type of medical/dental office experience. A positive attitude, clear speaking & telephone voice, self starter, attention to detail, great organizational skills and excellent communication skills. Good computer skills are a MUST. At least 1 year of dental/medical office experience is required.
